Terms and Conditions

Booking: Tours are booked by WhatsApp (+971 52 255 4362) or email (booking@chiltantours.com). A tour is confirmed when we reply with your date, pickup time and pickup place.

Payment: No deposit and no online payment. You pay the driver on the day of the tour, in cash or by card.

Pickup: Hotel pickup and drop-off are included on the tours that say so. Please send us your hotel name and be ready at the pickup time we confirm.

Changes and cancellations: You can change or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your tour. Please tell us by WhatsApp as early as you can.

Weather and safety: Desert and mountain tours can change because of weather or road conditions. If we need to change a tour, we will offer another time or an alternative.

Children and health: Please tell us the ages of children and any health needs when you book, so we can seat you with the right driver and plan the day.

Licence: Chiltan Tours is a DET/DTCM licensed operator, licence number 634753.
